All our Studio's and Suites are located on ground floor (except for 1 suite which is situated on the first floor). All the Lofts are located on the first floor. Most studios have 1 queen size bed. Some studios have 2 separate twin size beds. The lofts can be either 1 king size bed or 2 separate twin size beds. The bed(s) are in the loft area. The sofa bed is below in the living room area.
